Botanicals to treat IBS naturally:

  1. Removing high FODMAPs for a period of time.
  2. Botanical antimicrobials (high dose Peppermint oil, Oregano oil)
  3. Bone broth, L-glutamine, DGL, marshmallow root for gut soothing/rebuilding.
