For people that know me and my approach, they know that I am an advocate of real food, proper exercise, sufficient sleep and stress reduction techniques. These will help you achieve your goals and aspirations over time. There is no substitute for hard work. There are no healthy “quick fixes” and for sure we can manipulate your carb, water and sodium ratios if you were competing but that is not considered healthy in the near or long term. Life is a journey and your chances for success increase when you are consistent and calculated in your approach. With that being said, I have seen the research and clinically observed people who can enhance an already healthy lifestyle with these supplements. They have been shown to marginally increase the rate at which you lose fat and I would be remiss if I didn’t mention them. They are just an FYI as I get asked this question all the time. Always eat well and “just move” first. Enjoy.
