Summary :

Remove all sugars, alcohol, processed foods, processed meat, etc.

Eat plenty of cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, etc.

Eat healthy fats like avocadoes, almond butter, olive oil, coconut oil, fatty fish, etc.

Juice raw vegetables

Reduce inflammation with omega 3 foods.

Remove all toxins.

Load up on antioxidants like glutathione, cysteine, etc.

Improve gut health with probiotics, prebiotics, phytonutrients, resveratrol, curcumin, tumeric, etc.

Frankincense essential oil is great
